Today, the ER Management Suite has grown into a single web suite comprising of eight applications. The current release is ER Management Suite 3.1.0.

Simplify Billing

Both manager and employee can have real-time visibility of where time is spent across all organization tasks. Key Performance Indicators that show real-time statistics are available on all dashboards.

Improve Service Quality

Raising jobs, tracking service delivery, providing customer feedback, reporting and billing. All the service management features can be performed from a web browser or a PDA. An engineer can be onsite with their PDA, enter their work notes, and close off the job. This triggers an e-mail status notification to be sent to the customer and billing can begin.

Simplify Service Management

Project Managers have real-time views of their projects plus all the associated reporting and notification features. For example, a Project Managers can design their projects in Microsoft Project and then import them into the ER Management Suite. Project resources can then use any of the ER Management Suite features (i.e. timesheet web-part or PDAs) to enter project-tracking data.

ER Management Suite is an ideal way to manage staff that have a lot on their plate such as dealing with simultaneous projects, customer service, phone calls, meetings and other interruptions.
